Persivia Secures $107M and Patent for AI-Driven Health Platform

Digital health company Persivia has raised $107 million from Aldrich Capital Partners and secured a US patent (No. 12,254,975 B2) for its AI-powered Health Data Processing System. The funding and patent mark a major milestone as Persivia looks to scale its CareSpace® platform, which supports healthcare organizations in delivering value-based care across the continuum.
Soliton® AI Engine at the Core of Innovation
The patent protects Persivia's Soliton® AI engine, which powers CareSpace®—a modular digital health platform designed to analyze real-time health data, surface actionable insights, and support care teams in managing complex patient populations. Unlike traditional bolt-on AI tools, Soliton® is integrated at the platform’s core, enabling seamless data processing and decision support within a single system.
