ManpowerGroup has announced the opening of its new AI HR Hub in Paris, furthering its investment in France’s tech ecosystem. The facility is located at the company’s French headquarters in La Défense and will act as a Regional Center of Excellence. It aims to enhance the use of AI in workforce management while promoting inclusive, ethical digital innovation.

The launch was timed to coincide with the Choose France Summit, an event backed by the French government to promote international business investment. This initiative aligns with ManpowerGroup’s commitment to developing responsible AI practices and home-grown innovation. Over the next three years, the company plans to invest more than €200 million in French innovation and training efforts.

Driving Human-First, Digital-Always Solutions

The AI HR Hub will focus on blending generative AI and agent-based technologies with a human-first approach. ManpowerGroup seeks to create better, faster, and more inclusive workforce solutions through smart applications of AI.

Key innovation areas include enhanced candidate experiences, where AI can offer real-time job matching and career path guidance at scale. Clients will also benefit from AI-powered strategic workforce planning tools designed to reduce time-to-hire and improve talent forecasting.

The hub will empower recruiters through agentic tools, streamlining repetitive tasks and enabling deeper human engagement with job seekers. These technologies aim to make talent acquisition more responsive to fast-changing labor market demands.

Expanding Workforce Impact Across France

Alongside the Paris hub, ManpowerGroup plans to open more than 30 new branches and create over 200 high-skilled jobs throughout France. These efforts reinforce the company's long-term support for the European AI ecosystem and workforce development.

The AI HR Hub will also collaborate with startups and academic institutions to build ethical, inclusive AI talent pipelines. ManpowerGroup’s focus is clear—combine technology and human potential to shape the future of work responsibly.
